We Specialize in a Variety of Bending Techniques
The process involves various bending techniques to create different shapes and structures from metal sheets depending on the specific requirements of the part or component being created.
V-Bending
Materials are placed over the V-die and steel plates can bend without changing their position.
U-Bending
Similar to V-Bending, materials are bent using a U-die and final components are U-shaped.
Roll Bending
Metal sheets can be bent into curved shapes of rolls using a press brake, a hydraulic press and three rolls.
Rotary Bending
Materials are bent into sharp corners and is an excellent choice for angles greater than 90 degrees.
